SCOTT CITY — Patricia L. Lewis, 83, died Saturday, Aug. 31, 2013, at Scott County Hospital in Scott City.

SCOTT CITY — Patricia L. Lewis, 83, died Saturday, Aug. 31, 2013, at Scott County Hospital in Scott City.

She was born May 21, 1930, in Wichita to John J. and Nina Catherine Cates Greenlee.

She married Bruce E. Lewis on Dec. 14, 1947, in Scott City. He preceded her in death.

She and her husband owned and operated Bruce's Carpet & Tile in Scott City.

Survivors include two sons, Bill Lewis and Gil Lewis, both of Scott City; two daughters, Lisa Crist of Scott City and Cathy Lewis of Great Bend; a sister, Dione Austin of San Jose, Calif.; six grandchildren; and nine great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband; and three grandchildren.

Funeral services are 10:30 a.m. today at First Baptist Church in Scott City. Interment will be at Scott County Cemetery.

Memorials are suggested to the First Baptist Church, in care of Price & Sons Funeral Home, Scott City.
