WICHITA FALLS, Texas — Guadalupe Bravo Minjarez, 78, of Wichita Falls, Texas, died Thursday, July 18, 2013.

WICHITA FALLS, Texas — Guadalupe Bravo Minjarez, 78, of Wichita Falls, Texas, died Thursday, July 18, 2013.

She was born Aug. 3, 1934, in Garden City, to Jose and Luisa Navarro Bravo.

She married Carlos Minjarez Sr. on July 2, 1952.

Mrs. Minjarez was an executive housekeeper for Lynn and Eddie Moran Interior Designs.

She was preceded in death by her husband; a sister, Mary Lou Baca; an infant brother, Andrew; and a daughter, Elizabeth Diana Minjarez.

Survivors include four sons, Robert Joseph Minjarez of Gretna, La., and Raynold Anthony Minjarez, Ernest James Minjarez and Carlos Minjarez Jr., all of Wichita Falls; two daughters, Debra Kay Minjarez Anaya of Burkburnett, Texas, and Diedre Cline, of Wichita Falls; four sisters, Delores Pena, Rose Gonzalez and Connie Palacios, all of Garden City, and Josie Otero of Wichita; 10 grandchildren; and several great-grandchildren.

Services are 10 a.m. today in the chapel of Owens & Brumley Funeral Home, Wichita Falls. Interment will follow at Sacred Heart Cemetery.
