HUGOTON — David Wayne Reeder, 76, died Tuesday, Sept. 17, 2013, at Stevens County Hospital in Hugoton.

HUGOTON — David Wayne Reeder, 76, died Tuesday, Sept. 17, 2013, at Stevens County Hospital in Hugoton.

He was born June 18, 1937, in Wilson, Okla., to Ashley Walls and Margaret Ann Hollaway Reeder.

Survivors include his wife, Geraldean "Jeri" Dollar Reeder, whom he married on April 24, 1956, in Stinnett, Texas; three daughters, Belinda Medina, Joy Lewis and Debi Peterson, all of Hugoton; 10 grandchildren; and 15 great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents; a great-granddaughter; four brothers, Buck Irwin, Harold Irwin, Chink Reeder and Bill Reeder; and a sister, Madilene Tucker.

Funeral will begin at 2 p.m. Friday at Assembly of God Church, Hugoton. Burial will be at Hugoton Cemetery.

Visitation hours are 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. today at Paul's Funeral Home, Hugoton. Memorials are suggested to Fresenius-Liberal Dialysis, in care of the funeral home, Box 236, Hugoton, KS 67951.
