LAKIN — Dorothy Adeline Rosenbaum Puckett, 101, died Thursday, Nov. 28, 2013, at Hillside Manor in Missoula, Mont.

LAKIN — Dorothy Adeline Rosenbaum Puckett, 101, died Thursday, Nov. 28, 2013, at Hillside Manor in Missoula, Mont.

She was born Sept. 4, 1912, in Pratt County.

On Sept. 13, 1939, she married Forrest William Puckett. In 1943, they moved to a farm south of Lakin and raised wheat and livestock. After his death, she moved to Missoula in 1997.

Survivors include four children, Nancy Dooley of Grove, Okla., Dan Puckett of Buchanan, Mich., Karen Harlan of Missoula, and Rex Puckett of Lakin; 10 grandchildren; 25 great-grandchildren; and one great-great-grandchild.

A memorial service will begin at 11 a.m. Friday at Lakin Cemetery.

Garnand Funeral Home of Lakin is in charge of arrangements.
