Teddie Duane Patterson, 75, died Saturday, April 19, 2014, at Harry Hynes Hospice in Wichita.

Teddie Duane Patterson, 75, died Saturday, April 19, 2014, at Harry Hynes Hospice in Wichita.

He was born Oct. 19, 1938, to Ted O. & Vera Melissa Harnden Patterson in Liberal.

Mr. Patterson went to school in Cimarron and was a longtime Garden City resident.

He was preceded in death by his parents and two sisters, Delecia Cutright and Tina Knight.

Survivors include four sisters, Billie Conant of Newberg, Ore., Verleen Hancock of Hugoton, Lois Wells of Wichita, and Mary Ann Gunn of Parker, Colo.; and one brother, Denzel Patterson of Federal Way, Wash.

Funeral services will be 10 a.m. Tuesday at Garnand Funeral Home in Garden City.

Graveside services will take place at 2 p.m. Tuesday at Haviland Cemetery in Haviland.

Calling hours are noon to 8 p.m. today at Garnand Funeral Home.

Memorials are suggested to Mosaic, in care of Garnand Funeral Home, 412 N. Seventh St., Garden City, KS 67846.
