Program to present food allergy facts

The Finney County Extension Office will present "Food Allergy Facts of Life" at noon Sept. 19 at the Extension office, 501 S. Ninth St. Participants are encouraged to bring a sack lunch.

The Finney County Extension Office will present "Food Allergy Facts of Life" at noon Sept. 19 at the Extension office, 501 S. Ninth St. Participants are encouraged to bring a sack lunch.

The program will be given by Sheryl Carson, Kearny County Extension agent. She will explore the challenges of living with food allergies, tell how to identify food triggers and manage your health, give tips to recognize symptoms, and explain how to find resources and professionals who can help.

Reservations are due by noon Wednesday by calling the Extension office at 272-3670.
