to Honorable Donna L. J. Blake at the 2013 Judicial Conference in


This award is presented each year to honor a Kansas District

Magistrate Judge who has demonstrated outstanding achievement in

supporting and enhancing the position of Kansas District Magistrate

Judge, supporting and enhancing the role of the Kansas Judiciary and

displaying the dignity and integrity of the position of a Kansas

District Magistrate Judge.

Blake has served Hamilton County for 35 years.
