Personal Shred Day planned for Saturday

Landmark National Bank in Garden City is having a free Shred Day to dispose of the general public's personal documents and files at no charge. Individuals and households can bring their items to Landmark's Shred Day event at 1007 N. Main between 11 a.m. and 1 p.m. Saturday to gather and dispose of items including recycling the destroyed remains. The public need not worry about removing staples or paper clips, or burning up their personal shredder. Professional shredding equipment will take care of them. For compliance reasons, only personal and household materials will be accepted the day of the event, with a limit of five boxes or bags per household.
