Entrepreneurship challenge May 7

NetWork Kansas is hosting the first annual Youth Entrepreneurship Challenge, taking place May 7 at the American Legion, 113 W. 4th St. in Bird City. The event is open to students in grades seven to 12 in a northwest Kansas Entrepreneurship (E-) community who have participated in qualifying competitions in Bird City or Rawlins, Sherman or Wichita counties during March and April.

The event is open to students in grades seven to 12 in a northwest Kansas Entrepreneurship (E-) community who have participated in qualifying competitions in Bird City or Rawlins, Sherman or Wichita counties during March and April.

The students will compete for $5,000 in prize money at this regional competition, including $2,500 for first place, $1,250 for second place, and $750 for third place, and other awards. RSVP to attend the event by e-mailing yec@networkkansas.com by April 30.
