Garden City Police Department Arrests/Citations

Saturday

Rene Mendoza-Garcia, 34, 706 Inge St., was arrested between 11 a.m. and 2 p.m. in the 1900 block of Fulton Street on an allegation of a second offense of driving while suspended.

Manuela Marquez, 42, 611 N. Taylor Ave., was arrested between 11 a.m. and 2 p.m. in the 1900 block of Fulton Street on an allegation of no valid driver's license.

Sunday

Samuel Valdez, 45, Satanta, was cited and released at 5:12 p.m. in the 1600 block of Pats Drive on an allegation of no valid driver's license

Nicholas Hurd, 27, 2303 E. Fair St., was cited and released at 5:50 p.m. in the 2300 block of East Fair Street on allegations of driving while suspended, reckless driving, and no proof of insurance.

Saturday

Lucas Traugott, 33, Dodge City, was arrested at 7:38 p.m. on allegations of domestic battery, battery on a law enforcement officer, interference with a law enforcement officer and disorderly conduct.

Sunday

Javier Viramontes, 38, 603 Santa Fe St., was arrested at 6:08 a.m. on an allegation of driving under the influence.

Jesus Aldaz-Ramirez, 51, 2005 Hattie St., was arrested at 2:15 p.m. on allegations of domestic battery.

Cruz Alarcon-Garcia, 28, 4101 E. U.S. Highway 50, was arrested at 7:47 p.m. on an allegation of cruelty to animals.

Monday

Lamar Means, 47, 4300 Nancy Ave., was arrested at 1:55 a.m. on an allegation of pedestrian under the influence.

Criminal Damage

Friday

Between 8 p.m. Thursday and 6:20 a.m. Friday in the 900 block of 12th Street, someone shot out the windshield of a vehicle with a pellet gun. Loss: $400.

Between 1 and 3:47 p.m. in the 600 block of West Mulberry Street, someone broke out the back window of a vehicle with an unknown object. Estimated loss: $100.

Saturday

Between 1 and 8:45 a.m. in the 2600 block of West Campbell Street, someone broke a driver's side mirror off a vehicle. Loss: $500.

Between midnight and 9:45 a.m. in the 2600 block of North Seventh Street, in the 2600 block of West Campbell Street, in the 400 block of West Thompson Street, in the 1600 block of West Thompson Street and in the 2300 block of East Kansas Plaza, unknown suspects damaged mailboxes. Loss: $280.

Thefts/Losses

Friday

Between 10 p.m. Friday and 8:55 a.m. Saturday in the 800 block of East Hamline Street, an unknown suspect entered an unlocked vehicle and stole various electronics. Estimated loss: $1,330.

Sunday

Between 12:15 a.m. and 4:30 a.m. in the 2500 block of Coachman Lane, someone entered an unlocked vehicle and stole a gun. Loss: $400.

Friday

Victor Herrera, 25, 910 Sandplum Court., was arrested 9:01 a.m. on allegations of driving while a habitual violator and driving while suspended.

Finney County Sheriff's Office

Friday

Emmanuel Holguin, 24, 6575 S. West Fork Road, was arrested at 9:50 a.m. on an order to arrest and detain.
