Thursday

Between 4:59 and 6:30 a.m. in the 400 block of East Spruce Street, a known person made threats of violence toward someone. Investigation continues.

Thursday

Joshua David Harman, 22, Kansas City, Mo., was arrested at 10:45 a.m. on a probation violation.

Frankie Nadine Anton, 53, 200 E. Hillside Ave., was arrested at 10:30 a.m. on allegations of battery and assault.

Daniel Rodriguez, 45, 109 S. Taylor Ave., was arrested at 10:50 a.m. on an allegation of criminal littering on private property.

Leticia Rodriguez, 47, 1210 N. 10th St., was arrested at 11 a.m. on an allegation of criminal littering on private property.

Robert Bey Muhammed, 34, 406 W. Chestnut St.,was arrested at 8:35 p.m. on two municipal bench warrants for failure to appear.

Wednesday

Alejandra Dorado, 22, 6127 Waterloo, was arrested at 10:07 a.m. on an allegation of operating a motor vehicle without a valid license.

Jose Luis Cruz-Pascal, 28, Hugoton, was arrested at 10:04 a.m. on allegations of exceeding maximum speed limits, operating a motor vehicle without liability insurance and operating a motor vehicle without a valid driver's license.

Justin Van Trussell, 38, Kendall, was arrested at 10:47 a.m. on an allegation of operating a motor vehicle without a valid driver's license.
