Garden City Police Department Arrests/Citations

Friday

Olga Del Rio, 35, 4101 E. U.S. Highway 50, was cited and released at 8:26 a.m., in the 600 block of East Kansas Avenue, on an allegation of no driver's license.

Victor Fry, 32, 1602 1/2 N. Eighth St., was arrested between noon and 3 p.m. in the 1600 block of North Eight Street, on allegations of driving while suspended and consumption of beer by a driver.

Jose Luis Arriaga, 41, 1818 Commanche Drive, was cited and released at 5:11 p.m. in the 2200 block of North 10th Street on an allegation of driving while suspended.

Rwady Soto-Ledezma, 21, Colorado, was cited and released at 8:11 p.m. in the 1200 block of North Third Street on an alleation of driving without a license.

Trey McKee, 19, 2914 Fleming St., was arrested at 10:15 p.m. in the 2600 block of Campus Drive, on a municipal warrant for motion to revoke diversion agreement.

Ansel Carr, 17, 1001 N. Main St., was cited and released at 10:05 p.m. in the 2600 block of Campus Drive, on an allegation of no driver's license and no proof of insurance.

Antonio Banuelos, 33, 11950 S. Riverview Road, was arrested at 10:39 p.m. in the 100 block of North 10th Street, on allegations of driving under the influence and driving while suspended.

Brian Anderson, 32, Holcomb, was arrested at 11:54 p.m. at Time Out Sports Bar and Grill, 1319 N. Taylor Ave., on an allegation of criminal trespass.

Saturday

Nicholas Hurd, 26, 2303 E. Fair St., was arrested at 1:02 a.m. in the 1600 block of Harding Avenue, on an allegation of driving under the influence.

Ofelia Lopez-Rafael, 25, 901 N. Ninth St., was arrested at 5 a.m. at McDonald's, 1613 E. Kansas Ave., on an allegation of driving while suspended.

Manuel Calachij, 29, 619 N. Ninth St., was cited and released at 6:03 a.m. in the 1200 block of North Ninth Street, on an allegation of driving while suspended.

Daisy Adame, 16, 705 Bancroft St., was arrested at 12:15 a.m. in the 1000 block of North Ninth Street, on an allegation of driving under the influence.

Veronica Morales, 26, 612 W. Olive St., was cited and released at 12:15 a.m. in the 1000 block of North Ninth Street, on an allegation of transporting an open container and furnishing alcohol to a minor.

Nathaniel Alexander Fonseca, 17, 2224 W. Kansas Ave., was arrested at 6:42 p.m. in the 2200 block of East Business Highway 50, and released to the juvenile detention center for an alleged probation violation.

Rene Garcia-Mendoza, 706 Inge St., was cited and released at 8:49 p.m. in the 1700 block of Old Lovers Lane, on an allegation of transporting and open container.

William Quintanilla, 17, 209 S. Seventh St., was arrested at 9:36 p.m. at Gol Latino, 1524 N. Taylor Plaza, on allegations of possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Eduardo Facio, 15, 1515 N. 13th St., was arrested at 9:36 p.m. at Gol Latino, 1524 N. Taylor Plaza, on allegations of possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Jesus Hernandez, 19, 2203 Reef Road, was arrested at 10:17 p.m. in the 1100 block of North Seventh Street, on allegations of possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, transporting an open container, no proof of insurance and minor in possession of alcohol.

Pricella Marez, 21, 704 Ida St., was arrested at 10:21 p.m. in the 700 block of Ida Street, on allegations of a bond revocation, possession of methamphetamine, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of marijuana and two counts of endangering a child.

Sunday

Mike Gomez, 18, 4101 E. U.S. Highway 50, was arrested at 4:50 a.m. at AAA Pawn Shop, 132 W. Kansas Ave., on a warrant out of Texas.

Andre Arteaga, 44, 713 W. Fulton St., was arrested at 3:33 p.m. at Family Dollar, 1303 N. Taylor Ave., on an allegation of criminal tresspass.

Monday

Zac Hopkins 15, 1505 Grandview Drive, was arrested at 12:15 a.m. in the 400 block of South Fourth Street, on allegations of possession of marijuana, possession of paraphernalia and curfew violation.

Conner Hopkins, 17, 505 Grandview Drive, was arrested at 12:15 a.m. in the 400 block of South Fourth Street, on allegations of possession of marijuana, possession of paraphernalia and curfew violation.

Quentin Jaeger, 16, 1108 Hackberry St., was arrested at 12:15 a.m. in the 400 block of South Fourth Street, on allegations of possession of marijuana, possession of paraphernalia and curfew violation.

Criminal Damage

Friday

Between 8 and 8:15 p.m. in the 3100 block of East Kansas Avenue, an unknown person slashed a tire on a vehicle, causing a loss of $220.

Sunday

Between 10:30 p.m. Saturday and 8 a.m. Sunday in the 290 block of Flening Street, an unknown person entered a vehicle and removed a sword, causing a loss of $800 in criminal damage and $100 in theft damages.
