Arrest/Citations

Tuesday

Chance Seamans, 25, 305 Church St., Scott City, was arrested at 11:08 a.m at the Law Enforcement Center, 304 N. Ninth St., on a bench warrant.

Song Meuangsomphou, 40, 2001 Apache Drive, was arrested at 9:16 a.m. in the 2000 block of Apache Drive on a bench warrant for two counts of driving under the influence, refusal of breathalyzer test, driving in violations of restrictions and no proof of insurance.

D'Vonte Derricott, 20, 4060 E. Nancy St., was arrested at 8:05 p.m. in the 2800 block of Fleming Street on allegations of possession of marijuana and interference with a law enforcement officer.

Patrick Wayne Vestal, 14, Junction City, was arrested at 5:45 p.m. at Youth Services, 907 Zerr Road, on an order to arrest and detain.

Miguel Burciaga, 19, 3501 Campus Drive Apt. H108, was arrested at 10:14 p.m. in the 2500 block of Campus Drive on allegations of aggravated assault, criminal threat and battery.

Wednesday

Hector Onate-Palomino, 39, 4101 E. U.S. Highway 50, Lot 91, was arrested at 9:34 a.m. in the 2500 block of East Spruce Street on a warrant for failure to appear.

Angelina Perez-Gallegos, 36, 1290 Osage Court, was arrested at 1:32 p.m. at the Law Enforcement Center, 304 N. Ninth St., on four county warrants.

Nicolas Maldonado-Sanchez, 24, 206 S. 12th St., was cited and released at 8:47 p.m. in the 300 block of South Sixth Street on allegations of operating a vehicle without a valid driver's license and failure to provide proof of insurance.

Thefts/Losses

Tuesday

Between 1:45 p.m. Monday and 8:45 a.m. Tuesday in the 1900 block of Harding Avenue, someone entered an unlocked vehicle and took a purse. Theft loss $25. Damage $70.

Miscellaneous

Jan. 15

At 8:30 p.m. in the 3500 block of Campus Drive, a known person kicked someone. Investigation continues.

Tuesday

Between 8 p.m. Monday and 9 p.m. Tuesday in the 3500 Campus Drive, a known person threatened someone with a knife. Investigation continues.

Between 8:30 p.m. Monday and 5:30 p.m. Tuesday in the 1800 block of Harding Avenue, someone took an unlocked vehicle in which the keys were left. The vehicle was recovered.

At 8:10 a.m. at the Finney County Appraiser's Office, 311 N. Ninth St., a known person entered the office and yelled at the employees. Investigation continues.

Thursday

Landon Pister, 25, 4170 E. U.S. Highway 50, was arrested at 10:45 a.m. on allegations of two counts of aggravated battery.

David Valencia, 28, Wichita, was arrested at 7 a.m. on allegations of aggravated robbery, aggravated battery, aggravated burglary, use of a weapon, battery, criminal damage to property, riot, and on a detainer.

Candy Carrillo, 25, 4170 E. U.S. Highway 50, was arrested at 2:37 p.m. on an allegation of driving while suspended.

Gordon Howard, 54, 207 Washington St., was arrested at 4:40 p.m. on an order to arrest and detain.

Tuesday

Hector Sorroza-Diego, 27, 2904 N. Fleming St., was arrested at 9:32 a.m. on an allegation of driving while suspended.

Miguel Burciaga-Baca, 19, 3501 N. Campus Drive, was arrested at 10:14 p.m. on two counts of domestic battery, and allegations of aggravated assault and criminal threat.

Wednesday

Francisco Javier Perea, 25, 6105 Old Post Road, was arrested at 9:10 a.m. on an allegation of driving under the influence.

Dustin Aubrey Altaffer, 25, Wichita, was arrested at 10:30 a.m. on allegations of no proof of insurance and lack of valid vehicle registration.

Reyna Lorena Baeza-Hernandez, 25, 510 Burnside Drive, was arrested at 10:35 a.m. on allegations of driving while suspended and exceeding maximum speed limits.

Jaime Ortega, 21, 302 N. Third St., was arrested at 11:15 a.m. on an allegation of having one-way glass or sun screen device, headlamps.

Elida Loya, 36, 950 Jennie Barker Road, was arrested at 11:06 a.m. on an allegation of invalid vehicle registration.

Chance Ryan Wallace, 19, 1614 N. Fleming St., was arrested at 11:25 a.m. on allegations of operating a motor vehicle without a valid driver's license and traffic control signal.

Mariela Gonzales, 32, 950 N. Jennie Barker Road, was arrested at 11 a.m. on an allegation of no proof of insurance.

Mary Mata Lara, 42, 401 Kansas Ave., was arrested at 11:35 a.m. on an allegation of driving while suspended.

Thursday

Timmy Reid, 61, 2601 W. Mary St., was arrested at 8:15 a.m. on an allegation of cruelty to animals — failure to provide food/water/shelter.

Zachary Underwood, 23, 1307 N. 12th St., was arrested at 10:44 a.m. on a probation violation.

Jackie Stroud, 44, 3801 E. Spruce St., was arrested at 10:30 a.m. on an out-of-county warrant.

Jesus Macias-Garcia, 18, Holcomb, was arrested at 7:59 p.m. on allegations of no drug-tax stamp for marijuana or a controlled substance, possession of a hallucinogenic drug, possession of paraphernalia with intent to use, and distribution.
