Garden City Police Department Arrests/Citations

Friday

David Gill, 67, 301 Jeremy Lane, was arrested at 12:55 a.m. at Time Out, 1319 Taylor Ave., on an allegation of unlawful acts at in bars or taverns.

Jose Castillo-Rosales, 28, 1614 N. Taylor Ave. No. 3, was arrested at 12:55 a.m. at Time Out on allegations of unlawful acts at clubs or taverns, interference with a law enforcement officer and possession of cocaine.

Thursday

Luis Velasco, 16, 612 N. Ninth St., was arrested at Menards, 1110 Lareu Road, on an allegation of theft and transported to the Juvenile Detention Center.

Yadira Zamora Acevedo, 43, 1065 Ridge Road, was arrested at 4:20 p.m. in the 400 block of North Eighth Street on two felony warrants.

David Amos, 28, 1230 Stone Circle, was arrested at 6:50 p.m. in the 300 block of North Ninth Street on a municipal warrant.

Andres Molina, 22, Satanta, was cited and released at 12:24 p.m. in the 300 block of College Drive on an allegation of no proof of insurance.

Jose Arreola, 29, 4170 E. Hwy 50 Lot 429, was arrested at 10:20 p.m. at Garden City Community College, 801 Campus Drive, on an allegation of disorderly conduct.

Jamie Ray Johansen, 36, 620 W. Olive St., was arrested at 5:31 p.m. on a municipal bench warrant for failure to appear.

Adrian Salvador Ramirez, 21, 1265 Rolling Hills Road, was arrested at 4:30 p.m. on a probation violation.

Wednesday

Karen Garcia, 24, 2512 Dee Ave. No. 3, was cited and released at 7:30 p.m. at Walmart, 3101 E. Kansas Avenue. on an allegation of theft.

Jessica Bass, 33, Dodge City, was arreted at 10:25 p.m. at the Law Enforcement Center, 304 N. Ninth St., on a city warrant.

Sept. 7

Iysha Niblock, 17, 2831 Cliff Place, was arrested and released at 12:03 a.m. in the 200 block of Conkling Avenue on a warrant for failure to appear on a seatbelt violation.

Tias Licana, 17, 4101 E. U.S. Highway 50, Lot 304, was arrested and released at 12:03 a.m. in the 200 block of Conkling Avenue on a warrant for no valid driver's license.

Criminal Damage

Thursday

Between 3:45 and 3:50 p.m. in the 1200 block of Conard Avenue, an unknown person threw an unknown object through a rear window. Loss $300.

Thefts/Losses

Thursday

Between 2:58 and 3:05 p.m. in the 3100 block of East Kansas Avenue, an unknown person stole a cell phone. Loss $600.

Between 11 and 11:30 a.m. in the 2200 block of Crestway Drive, a known person battered his ex-girlfriend.

Friday

Jessica Mae Jones, 21, 2606 E. Fair St., was arrested at 2:54 a.m. on an allegation of driving under the influence.

Thursday

Ah Kie, 33, 305 W. Mary St., was arrested at 11:52 a.m. on a municipal bench warrant for failure to appear.

Vashon LeConner Telfair, 37, 4101 E. U.S. Highway 50, was arrested at 3:30 p.m. on a bench warrant for failure to appear.

Wednesday

Jacob Harms Peters, 21, 4435 E. Plymell Road, was arrested at 8:45 a.m. on allegations of exceeding maximum speed limits and operating a motor vehicle without a valid driver's license.

Juan Aleman, 36, Johnson City, was arrested at 10 a.m. on allegations of operating a motor vehicle without a valid driver's license, operating a motor vehicle without liability insurance and exceeding maximum speed limits.

Ramon Beltran-Moreno, 32, Sperman, Texas, was arrested at 9:30 a.m. on allegations of invalid vehicle registration and operating a motor vehicle without a valid driver's license.

Daniel Ochoa, 33, 2606 E. Fair St., was arrested at 10:07 a.m. on allegations of failure to wear a seatbelt, operating a vehicle without liability insurance and invalid vehicle registration.

Salvador Isreal Ochoa, 31, 2601 W. Mary St., was arrested at 10:13 a.m. on an allegation of operating a motor vehicle without a valid driver's license.

Katharina Klassen Wiebe, 43, Sublette, was arrested at 10:20 a.m. on allegations of operating a motor vehicle without a valid driver's license and operating a motor vehicle without liability insurance.

Adrian Porras, 25, 5727 Crestview Road, was arrested at 4:06 p.m. on allegations of operating a vehicle without a liablity insurance and driving while suspended.

Wednesday

Yanira Lizeth Ayala, 37, 301 Hudson St., was arrested at 4:15 p.m. on on out-of-county arrest warrant.

Aug. 23

Andres Salinas Lopez, 53, Deerfield, was arrested at 10:13 p.m. on an allegation of driving under the influence.
