Garden City Police Department Arrests/Citations

Tuesday

Oscar Amaya, 39, 209 S. First St., was cited and released at 6:39 p.m. in the 1100 block of East Fulton Street on allegations of drag racing and no proof of insurance.

Michael Cazares, 26, 5980 E. Waterhole Drive, was cited and released at 6:39 p.m. in the 1300 block of East Kansas Avenue on an allegation of transporting an open container.

Carlos Edward Chavez, 19, 1310 Hattie St., was arrested at 2:50 p.m. at the Law Enforcement Center, 304 N. Ninth St., on a municipal warrant for possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia and improper vehicle lamp color.

Kerry Rae Santacruz-Villa, 25, 401 Kansas Ave., was arrested at 2:19 p.m. on a municipal bench warrant for failure to appear.

Jerica Ann Woellhof, 23, 1101 W. Lincoln Road, was arrested at 4:37 p.m. on two municipal bench warrants for failure to appear.

Monday

Johnny Gomez, 15, 6075 N. 16 Mile Road, was arrested at 4:14 a.m. in the 700 block of Harding Avenue on an allegation of curfew violation.

Tyler Partington, 15, 2012 Belmont Place, was arrested at 4:14 a.m. in the 700 block of Harding Avenue on an allegation of curfew violation.

Joshua Rosas, 17, 3501 Campus Drive, No. 206, was arrested at 4:14 a.m. in the 700 block of Harding Avenue on an allegation of curfew violation.

Frank Rosas, 15, 1312 St. John St., was arrested 4:14 a.m. in the 700 block of Harding Avenue on an allegation of curfew violation.

Raul Espinoza, 29, 4101 E. Highway 50 No. 110, was arrested at 8:59 p.m. in the 4100 block of East Highway 50 on an allegation of battery.

Alfred Beltran, 51, 1208 N. Ninth St., was arrested at 1:03 p.m. in the 2400 block of East Kansas Avenue on an allegation of intoxicated pedestrian.

Jacob Arteaga, 21, 407 Elm St., was arrested at 9:39 a.m. at Court Services, 405 N. Eighth St., on an arrest-and-detain order.

Jeremy Pascascio, 21, 705 N. Eighth St., was cited and released at 10:36 a.m. in the 3100 block of East Kansas Avenue on an allegation of no valid driver's license.

Gary Soetmelk, 59, Avoca, Iowa, was cited and released at 1:40 p.m. in the 600 block of North Main Street on an allegation of no proof of insurance.

Angel Jesus Arrieta, 19, 4440 E. Schulman Ave., was arrested at 2:32 p.m. at the Law Enforcement Center on a municipal warrant for failure to appear.

Ismael Lopez, 24, 710 E. Chestnut St., was arrested at 3:04 p.m. in the 1400 block of North Eighth Street on an allegation of driving while suspended.

Monyai Lampkin, 24, 709 Summit St., as cited and released at 12:19 a.m. in the 1400 block of Buffalo Jones Avenue on an allegation of no valid driver's license.

Raymundo Osorio, 508 W. Thompson St., was arrested at 2:27 a.m. on allegations of driving while suspended and driving under the influence.

Angelica Sanchez, 17, Phoenix, Ariz., was arrested at Walmart, 3101 E. Kansas Ave., on an allegation of theft and released to the Juvenile Detention Center.

Arnold Cabrera, 18, Sublette, was cited and released at 11 p.m. at the Law Enforcement Center on an allegation of contributing to a child's misconduct.

Maximino Antonio Martinez, 33, Liberal, was arrested at 4:27 p.m. in the 900 block of JC Street on an allegation of no valid driver's license.

Tracy Fairbank, 36, 4101 E. Highway 50 No., 334, was cited and released at 5:15 p.m. in the 4100 block of East Highway 50 on an allegation of driving while suspended.

Sylvia Gonzalez-Martinez, 25, 701 E. Maple St., was cited and released at 6 p.m. in the 700 block of East Maple Street on an allegation of no valid driver's license.

Gerardo Gonzalez, 49, 701 E. Maple St., was cited and released at 6 p.m. in the 700 block of East Maple Street on allegations of unauthorized driver and falsely reporting an accident.

Richard Derrick Ortiz, 18, 302 W. Chestnut St., was arrested at 9:23 p.m. in the 2700 block of Pearly Jane Street on allegations of possession of a stimulant, possession with intent to distribute a hallucinogenic drug within 1,000 feet of a school and possession of drug paraphernalia with intent to distribute within 1,000 feet of a school.
