Between 10 p.m. July 20 and 7 a.m. July 21 in the 4100 block of East U.S. Highway 50, an unknown person took a vehicle without permission. Vehicle was later recovered.

Between 10 p.m. July 20 and 7 a.m. July 21 in the 4100 block of East U.S. Highway 50, an unknown person entered an unlocked vehicle and removed electronic items. Loss $200.

Between 10 p.m. July 20 and 7 a.m. July 21 in the 4100 block of East U.S. Highway 50, an unknown person entered an unlocked vehicle and took a stereo and an iPod. Loss $400.

July 20

Between 2 and 6 p.m. in the 2200 block of Crestway Drive, an unknown person took a bicycle without permission. Loss $90.

July 19

At 9:16 p.m. in the 1100 block of North Twelfth Street, an unknown Hispanic male took Xanax pills from someone by force and fled the area in a silver passenger car.

At 1 p.m. at Dollar General, 912 Campus Drive, a known person stole a cart full of items from the store.

At 1:30 a.m. in the 1400 block of Walker Street, a known person struck someone several times. Investigation continues.

July 19

At 1:45 a.m. at 1310 Hattie Street, an unknown person discharged a weapon striking a residence and vehicle parked in the driveway. Estimated damage $4,500.

At 3:30 p.m. at Walmart, 3101 E. Kansas Ave., a known person told someone he was going to fight them. Investigation continues.

Christian Daniel Moreno, 21, 504 W. Maple St., was arrested at 11:05 p.m. on an allegation of driving while suspended.

Leslie Ann Baker, 28, Goodwell, Okla., was arrested at 11:14 p.m. on an allegation of battery.

July 19

Lisa Enriquez, 44, 510 Burnside Drive, was arrested at 5 p.m. on an allegation of contempt of court.

July 18

Zackariah James Cosner, 30, 4100 E. U.S. Highway 50, was arrested at 11:10 a.m. on allegations of possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of hallucinogenic drug, endangering a child, possession of paraphernalia with intent to distribute, possession of opiate, opium, narcotic or certain stimulant and driving while suspended.

July 17

Felipe Antonio Facio, 23, 310 College Drive, was arrested at 10:05 a.m. on allegations of no proof of insurance, child passenger safety restraint and invalid registration.

Emmanuel Borjas-Tellez, 29, Montezuma, was arrested at 9:45 a.m. on allegations of operating a vehicle without a valid driver's license, notice of change of address, and exceeding maximum speed limits.

Efren Lira Ramirez, 28, 2401 W. Kansas Ave., was arrested at 10:35 a.m. on an allegation of operating a vehicle without a valid driver's license.

Samuel Sierra-Hernandez, 41, 510 Telegram Ave., was arrested at 10:45 a.m. on allegations of driving while suspended and exceeding maximum speed limits.

Luis Arturo Rojo, 30, 3015 Crain Road, was arrested at 10:45 a.m. on an allegation of domestic battery.

Ileana Cruz. 20, 2401 W. Kansas Ave., was arrested at 6:18 p.m. on an allegation of domestic battery.

Jonathan Scott Crain, Scott City, was arrested at 1:59 p.m. on an arrest-and-detain order.

Dean Allen Cowles, 46, Wilson, was arrested at 1:14 p.m. on an allegation of driving while suspended.

James Leslie Clymer, 33, 510 Olive St., was arrested at 1 p.m. on an out-of-county arrest warrant.
