Thursday

Leonard Claro, 21, 1603 Julie St., was arrested at 11:49 a.m. in the 1100 block of College Avenue on an allegation of driving while suspended.

James Drury, 48, 3754 W. Jones Ave., was arrested at 10:45 a.m. in the 1300 block of East Fulton Street on allegations of no proof of insurance and improper turn.

Aldo Olivares, 44, San Antonio, Texas, was arresed at 1:08 p.m. in the 1100 block of Fleming Street on a Finney County warrant and an out-of-county warrant.

Joshua Ryan Rodriguez, 21, 1304 W. Boots Road, was arrested at 11:14 p.m. on a municipal bench warrant for failure to appear.

Wednesday

Donald Cornwell, 26, Fort Pierce, Fla., was arrested at 12:22 p.m. in the 900 block of East Fulton Street on an allegation of driving on a revoked license.

Evan McClure, 18, 1904 B St., was arrested at 11:37 a.m. in the 1900 block of B Street on an allegation of domestic battery.

Charles Warthen, 38, 2107 N. Eighth St., was arrested at the Law Enforcement Center, 304 N. Ninth St., on an out-of-county warrant.

Tiffany Elizabeth Ramos, 27, 1905 Vinzant St., was arrested at 10:34 a.m. on a municipal bench warrant for failure to appear.

July 30

Vanessa Martinez, 21, 1308 A St., was cited and released at 6:45 p.m. at Family Dollar, 1303 N. Taylor Ave., on an allegation of theft.

Chantel Lane-Mills, 31, Ulysses, was arrested at 4:14 p.m. at Walmart, 3101 E. Kansas Ave., on an allegation of theft.

Jane Murillo, 32, 4101 E. Hwy 50, Lot 279, was cited and released at 10 a.m. in the 4100 block of East U.S. Highway 50 on an allegation of failure to appear on a subpoena.

Victor Viurquez, 22, 1803 Chesterfield Drive, was arrested at 10:46 p.m. in the 3500 block of Campus Drive on allegations of two counts of felony interference with a law enforcement officer, misdemeanor interference with a law enforcement officer, driving while suspended, misdemeanor criminal damage and felony criminal damage.

Marco Antonio Lopez, 19, 2202 E. Crestway Drive, was arrested at 9:42 a.m. on two municipal bench warrants for failure to appear.

Between 2 and 6:45 a.m. in the 4100 block of East U.S. Highway 50, an unknown person threw a brick through the window of a vehicle. Loss $600.

July 30

Between 12:30 and 10 a.m. in the 1300 block of Hattie Street, an unknown person damaged a chain link fence. Loss $25.

Between 1:20 and 1:23 p.m. in the 200 block of East Laurel Street, an unknown person broke two windows out of a vehicle parked in the alley. Estimated loss $600.

July 28

Between 8 a.m. and 3:22 p.m. at Alta Brown School, 11110 E. Pine St., an unknown person applied spray paint to playground equipment. Damage $50.

At 11:15 p.m. in the 1600 block of West Campbell Street, an unknown person used a firework and damaged a mailbox. Estimated loss $50.

July 24

Between 8 a.m. July 1 and 7 a.m. July 24 in the 300 block of Talley Trail, an unknown person damaged property with spray paint. Estimated loss $100.

Between 7 a.m. July 23 and 7 a.m. July 24 in the 2900 block of Fleming Street, an unknown person damaged potted plants. Estimated loss $30.

July 22

Between 8 a.m. July 19 and 8 a.m. July 24 in the 2600 block of Fleming Street, two unknown juvenile males shot out windows in the area with a BB-gun. Estimated loss $535.

Between 8 p.m. July 30 and 9:30 a.m. Wednesday in the 700 block of Amy Street, an unknown person entered an unlocked vehicle and stole approximately $40 in cash.

Ramon Roman-Alvarado, 37, 1805 Diane St., was arrested at 9:20 p.m. on an allegation of driving under the influence.

Juan Antonion Flores-Damian, 43, 201 Buffalo Drive, was arrested at 10:20 p.m. on allegations of improper passing and operating a motor vehicle without a valid driver's license.

Leticia Lopez, 33, 606 Long Blvd., was arrested at 10:11 a.m. on a probation violation.

Lauro Paredes-Lopez, 50, 2801 N. Eighth St., was arrested at 11:25 a.m. on an allegation of operating a motor vehicle without a valid driver's license.

Dustin Loren Couler, 31, 1106 Harding Ave., was arrested at 10:35 a.m. on an allegation of probation violation.

Daniel Armando Ramon-Gastulo, 25, was arrested at 3:19 p.m. on an order to arrest and detain.

Between 1:45 and 1:50 p.m. at Finnup Park, an unknown person took a key without permission. Loss $2.

Between 5:10 and 5:20 p.m. at Famous Footwear, 2214 E. Kansas Ave., Suite 12, an unknown person took a pair of shoes without paying for them. Loss $65.

July 22

Between 2 p.m. July 17 and 12 p.m. in the 600 block of West Campbell Street, an unknown person removed a vehicle license plate. Loss $130.

July 12

Between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. July 12 in the 2800 block of Belmont Place, an unknown person contacted the victim by phone and represented himself as a salesman for DISH Network and sold the victim a plan. Estimated loss $210.

Miscellaneous

Between 6 p.m. Friday and 1 a.m. Saturday in the 200 block of North 12th Street, an unknown person called the victim repeatedly and made threats of violence to the family. Investigation continues.

July 29

Anthony Wade Smith, 32, 909 N. Sixth St., was arrested at 10:05 a.m. on allegations of possession of drugs, possession of drug paraphernalia, interference with a law enforcement officer, possession of drugs and driving under the influence.

Orlando Lee Rogo, 30, 1114 Midlred St., was arrested at 1:43 p.m. on an allegation of failure to appear.

Diego Domingo, 20, Liberal, was arrested at 10 a.m. on allegations of unlawful use of a non-driver's ID card, exceeding maximum speed limits and operating a motor vehicle without a valid driver's license.

Nicholas Lee Perez, 22, 340 S. Farmland Road, was arrested at 11:45 a.m. on a municipal bench warrant for failure to appear.
