Garden City Police Department Arrests/Citations

Saturday

Oscar Rivera, 18, of Ulysses, was arrested at 8:50 p.m., in the 4100 block of East U.S. Highway 50, on an allegation of possession of a hallucinogenic with intent to distribute within 1,000 feet of a school.

Adela Chavez, 56, 1303 Boots Road, was cited and released at 10:04 p.m., in the 1100 block of West Mary Street, on an allegation of driving while suspended.

David Mainus, 17, of Colby, was arrested at 11:33 p.m., in the 900 block of Fleming Street, on allegations of driving under the influence and a minor in possession of alcohol.

Zane Winger, 18, 611 Campus Drive, was arrested at 11:33 p.m., in the 900 block of Fleming Street, on allegations of possession of a hallucinogenic drug and persons under 21 in possession of alcohol.

Sara Solorzano, 39, 308 Evans St., was cited and released at 8:25 p.m., in the 2500 block of Crestway Drive, on an allegation of driving while suspended.

Jonathon Zarpate, 18, 406 E. Santa Fe St., was cited and released at 8:59 p.m., in the 2500 block of East U.S. Business 50, on an allegation of contest racing.

Anthony Maurer, 33, of Syracuse, was arrested at 11:43 p.m., at Time Out, 1319 N. Taylor Ave., on allegations of assault on a law enforcement officer, theft and unlawful acts.

Adan Nura, 20, 316 College Drive, was arrested at 11:45 p.m., at Time Out, 1319 N. Taylor Ave., on an allegation of unlawful acts.

Miles Bank, 18, 611 College Drive, was cited and released at 12:08 a.m., in the 600 block of College Drive, on an allegation of battery.

Matthew Leonard, 31, of Florida, was arrested at 1:37 a.m., at Samy's, 1911 E. Kansas Ave., on an allegation of unlawful acts.

Joshua Wesley, 24, 3501 Campus Drive, was arrested at 1:43 a.m., at Samy's, 1911 E. Kansas Ave., on an allegation of unlawful acts.

Juan Reyes De La Torre, 22, 4101 E. U.S. Highway 50, was arrested at 5:22 a.m., in the 4100 block of East U.S. Highway 50, on allegations of stalking and criminal trespass.

Kevin Thomas, 34, 2808 Taylor Ave., was arrested at 11:06 a.m., in the 2800 block of Taylor Avenue, on an allegation of battery.

Robert Nugent, 18, 2319 Seventh St., was arrested at 10:28 a.m., in the 2300 block of Seventh Street, on a county warrant.

Ronnie Martinez, 48, 1217 Campbell St., was arrested at 9:08 a.m., in the 1200 block of West Campbell Street, on a county warrant

Deserea Goodwin, 21, 6909 Lyle Ave., was cited and released at 9:37 a.m., in the 2500 block of North Taylor Avenue, on allegations of disorderly conduct and criminal trespass from a prior case.

Yar Yah, 34, 305 W. Mary St., was arrested at 10:58 p.m., in the 2500 block of Taylor Avenue, on an allegation of no valid license.

Mark Morgan, 43, 1205 N. 10th St., was cited and released at 9:21 p.m., in the 500 block of Teitelbaum Avenue, on an allegation of driving under the influence.

David Lara, 34, 401 E. Kansas Ave., was arrested at 11:27 p.m., in the 400 block of East Kansas Avenue, on an allegation of battery.

Monday

Joaquin Ceniceros, 31, of Ulysses, was arrested at 6:42 p.m., in the 300 block of North Ninth Street, on a Ford County warrant.

Joe Finley, 36, of Garden City, was arrested at 3:50 p.m., in the 2700 block of North 11th Street, on an allegation of battery.
