Garden City Police Department Arrest/Citations

Monday

Amanda Rivis, 29, 4170 E. U.S. Highway 50, was cited and released at 8:40 a.m. in the 2100 block of Mary Street, on an allegation of driving while suspended.

Adam Sinclair, 20, Wichita, was arrested at 2:23 p.m. at Walgreens, 1308 E. Kansas Ave., on an allegation of reckless driving.

Bryan Henry, 20, 2206 Stafford Ave., was cited and released at 2:45 p.m. at Target, 2401 E. Kansas Ave., on a prior theft allegation.

Jose Salas, 54, 804 E. Hamline Drive, was cited and released at 6:40 p.m. in the 1400 block of W. Campbell Street, on an allegation of no valid driver's license.

A juvenile was arrested at 10:08 a.m. at Horace Good Middle School, 1412 N. Main St., on an allegation of distribution of a simulated controlled substance. The investigation continues.

Dylan Hayes, 21, Ingalls, was arrested at 7:52 p.m. in the 1100 block of Kingsbury Road, on allegations of possession of methamphetamine, possession of marijuana, and other drug related allegations.

Peter Reimer, 44, Sublette, was cited and released at 7:55 p.m. in the 800 block of North Main Street on an allegation of no valid driver's license.

Gabriel Galindo, 30, 2510 N. Main St., was arrested at 11:42 p.m. in the 500 block of Fleming Street, on allegations of driving under the influence and other drug and traffic related allegations.

Marques Flores, 20, 4250 E. Schulman Road, was arrested at 5:45 a.m. in the 4000 block of East U.S. Highway 50, on a warrant for a probation violation, and cited for an allegation of domestic battery from a previous case.

Tuesday

Austin Coleman, 18, 2180 N. Anderson Road, was arrested at 11:14 p.m. in the 2900 block of Belmont Street, on allegations of possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia.

Miguel Cuaraque, 37, 613 N. Eighth St., was arrested at 11:07 p.m. in the 200 block of Price Street, on allegations of an assault on a law enforcement officer, transporting an open container and reckless driving.

Jacob Hill, 17, 1705 Janice Lane, was arrested at 11:14 p.m. in the 2900 bock of Belmont Street, on allegations of possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia. He was taken to the juvenile detention center and released to parents.

Dayanna Hernandez, 31, 1118 N. 12th St., was arrested at 8:04 p.m. in the 2900 block of Belmont Street, on an active arrest warrant for a previous domestic battery allegation.

Thefts/Losses

Nov. 22

Between 11 p.m. Nov. 8 and 4 p.m. Nov. 22 in the 1600 block of East Johnson Street, an unknown person entered a residence through an unlocked back door and stole miscellaneous items, causing a loss of $500.

At 3:40 p.m., an unknown person took an iPad from a backpack without permission while on a school bus, causing a loss of $300.

Monday

Jose Garcia Bautista, 18, 2606 Pawnee Ave., was arrested at 7:41 a.m. on allegations of driving without a valid license and driving without liability insurance.

Finney County Sheriff's Office

Monday

Juan Melchor-Barraz, 47, 703 Inge Ave., was arrested at 9 a.m. on a municipal warrant.

Michael Martinez, 26, 208 S. 12th St., was arrested at 7:45 a.m. on allegations of riot, criminal damage, two counts of battery, four counts of aggravated battery, and aggravated robbery.

Nathen Montoya, 36, 611 Teitelbaum Ave., was arrested at 4:30 p.m. on an arrest-and-detain order.

Tuesday

Angelina Perez-Gallegos, 36, 305 Fleming St., was arrested at 10 a.m. on allegations of distribution of opiates, opium, narcotics of a certain stimulant, distribution of heroin and use of a communication facility in the commission of a felony drug violation.

Gabriel Sanchez, 22, 405 Burnside Drive, was arrested at 2:18 p.m. on three bench warrants.

Joey Terrazas, 18, 1301 N. Main St., was arrested at 2:32 p.m. on allegations of transporting an open container and purchase/consumption of alcohol by a minor.

David Jordan, 41, 416 Magnolia St., was arrested at 4:43 p.m. on an alleged probation violation.

Venus Hunter, 46, 2914 Fleming St., was arrested at 12:04 a.m. on an allegation of theft of property/services; $1000 or less from three businesses in 72 hours.
