Garden City Police Department Arrests/Citations

Friday

Luis Lope-Gonzales, 30, 2601 W. Mary St., Apt. 309, was arrested at 1:11 a.m. at Jax Sports Bar, 1907 E. Mary St., on allegations of two counts of battery on a law enforcement officer and interference with a law enforcement officer.

Mario Perez, 25, 605 Labrador Blvd., Apt. 109, was arrested at 3:59 a.m. at the Law Enforcement Center, 304 N. Ninth St., on a municipal warrant for battery.

Raul Espinoza, 29, 4101 E. U.S. Highway 50, Lot 110, was arrested at 11:45 p.m. in the 4100 block of East Highway 50 on three out-of-county warrants and a bench warrant.

Saturday

Dustin Coulter, 31, 1106 Harding Ave., was arrested at 7:10 p.m. in the 1100 block of Harding Avenue on a Ford County warrant on misdemeanor theft.

Daniela Villanueva, 22, Holcomb, was cited and released at 12:43 p.m. in the 4100 block of East Highway 50 on an allegation of driving without a valid license.

Francisco Verela, 24, 144 Honeybee Court, was cited and released at 10:08 p.m. in the 100 block of HoneyBee Court on an allegation of unlawful burning.

Junior Lannigan, 22, transient, was arrested at 8:30 p.m. in the 1400 block of B Street on an allegation of intoxicated pedestrian.

Rona Guterz, 33, 143 Cloverleaf Road, was arrested at 9:11 p.m. in the 800 block of Campus Drive on a city warrant.

Ashley Perez, 26, 402 Davis Street, was arrested at 10:24 p.m in the 2300 block of Campus Drive on an allegation of driving while suspended.

David Dianda, 23, 707 Ida St., was arrested at 12:55 p.m. in the 700 block of Ida Street on allegations of aggravated intimidation of a witness, distribution of marijuana, possession of marijuana with intent to sell, possession of hydrocodone with intent to sell, and interference with a law enforcement officer.

Adolfo Lopez-Chairez, 18, 2003 Apache Drive, was arrested at 2:12 a.m. on an allegation of contributing to child misconduct.

Robert Sauceda, 23, 608 N. Second St., was arrested at 5:58 p.m. on allegations of driving while suspended and possession with intent to use drug paraphernalia.

Gerado Gonzales, 26, 509 E. Santa Fe St., was arrested at 10:37 p.m. on a warrant for two probation violations of theft, burglary, aggravated assault on a law enforcement officer and criminal damage.

Sunday

Burale Sahal, 28, 312 W. Mary St., Apt. C1, was arrested at 4:35 a.m. in the 300 block of West Mary Street on allegations of aggravated burglary and attempted theft.

Gilbert Rodriguez Sanchez, 24, 4170 E. U.S. Highway 50, Lot 448, was cited and released at 1:15 p.m. in the 1600 block of East Kansas Plaza on allegations of no proof of insurance and no valid driver's license.

Amber Badger, 29, Holcomb, was arrested at 12:08 a.m. on allegations of transporting an open container.

Pablo Hernandez-Orso, 35, Santa Fe., was arrested at 9:33 p.m. on allegations of driving while suspended and possession of a stimulant.

Theft/Losses

Saturday

Natalie Cosner, 28, Lakin, was cited and released at 3:15 p.m, at Walmart, 3101 E. Kansas Ave., on an allegation of stealing $22 worth of Easter Candy from the business.

Criminal Damage

Saturday

Between 3:30 and 6 a.m. in the 1300 and 1600 blocks of Conard Avenue, the 900 block of West Campbell Street and the 1300 block of Safford Avenue, someone damaged a mailbox. Loss: $190.

Between 4:35 a.m. and 2:45 p.m. in the 300 block of West Mary Street, someone broke the side window of a person's car. Loss: $200.

Kansas Highway Patrol

Jorge Agilar-Perales, 33, Satanta, was cited and released at 5:31 p.m. on an allegation of driving without a valid license.

Holcomb Police Department

Ethan Bickly-Futch, 23, 102 Douglas Ave., was arrested at 2:35 p.m. on an allegation of two counts of interference with a law enforcement officer.

Finney County Sheriff's Office

Jose Mena, 31, 2917 Anderson Road, was arrested at 3:46 a.m. on an allegation of domestic violence.
