Garden City Police Department Arrests/Citations

Friday

Cesar Salvador, 29, 510 Bancroft St., was cited and released at 1:07 a.m. in the 500 block of Bancroft Street on an allegation of criminal damage.

Justin Morton, 23, Chicago was arrested at 2:05 a.m. in the 100 block of East Kansas Avenue on an allegation of walking under the influence.

Thursday

Ernest Whisler, 28, Holcomb, was arrested at 11:46 p.m. in the 100 block of North Ninth Street on an allegation of walking under the influence.

Santos Cano, 60, 2224 W. Kansas Ave., No. 60, was cited and released at 12:45 p.m. in the 500 block of West Mary Street on an allegation of disorderly conduct.

Alberto Tamayo, 20, 2004 N. Eighth St., was cited and released at 9:07 p.m. in the 200 block of West Kansas Avenue on an allegation of no proof of insurance.

Daniel Janas, 30, 2401 W. Kansas Ave., Lot 111, was arrested at 9:39 p.m. in the 2900 block of Eldorado Place on an out-of-county warrant.

Wade Lindsey, 20, 1123 Pearl St., was arrested at 11:46 p.m. in the 100 block of Depot Street on allegations of interference with a law enforcement officer and minor in consumption of alcohol.

Eric Leon, 47, 1501 E. Johnson St., was cited and released at 12:15 a.m. in the 1500 block of East Johnson Street on an allegation of telephone harassment.

Wednesday

Harvey Javier Morales, 25, 5795 Old Post Road, was arrested at 5:20 p.m. at the Law Enforcement Center, 304 N. Ninth St., on an allegation of no valid driver's license.

Evelio Gomez-Lopez, 20, 509 Moores Ave., was arrested at 10:44 a.m. on a municipal bench warrant.

Criminal Damage

Thursday

Between 8 a.m. and 9 p.m. in the 2800 block of Cliff Place, a known person broke person's vehicle windows using a BB gun.

Thefts/Losses

Thursday

Between 8 p.m. Wednesday and 4 p.m. Thursday in the 600 block of Jenny Avenue, an unknown person stole a bicycle from a front yard. Estimated loss $200.

Between 8 a.m. Wednesday and noon Thursday in the 1200 block of West Kansas Avenue, an unknown person entered an unlocked vehicle and stole a handicap placard. Loss $1.

Wednesday

Between 7:45 and 10 p.m. in the 2600 block of Chainey Street, an unknown person stole a bicycle from a front yard. Estimated loss $300.

Miscellaneous

Thursday

Between 8:15 and 10 p.m. in the 2600 block of Chainey Street, a known person made several phone calls to someone in which he made abusive and harassing statements. Investigation continues.

Thursday

Anthony Alexander Washington, 20, 2704 Belmont Place, was arrested at 3:05 p.m. on an arrest-and-detain order.

Wednesday

Antonio Calderon, 43, 510 E. Burnside Drive, was arrested at 9:34 a.m. on an allegation of driving under the influence.

Peter Buhler Boschman, 25, Montezuma, was arrested at 9:30 a.m. on an allegation of reckless driving.

Carla Yohna Ortiz-Portillo, 20, Scott City, was arrested at 10:17 a.m. on allegations of operating a motor vehicle without a valid driver's license, child passenger safety and exceeding maximum speed limits.

Jaime Rangel-Fletes, 19, Lakin, was arrested at 10:40 a.m. on an allegation of securing loads on vehicles.

Angel Enrique Montalvo-Lugo, 42, 5800 E. Mansfield Road, was arrested at 10:08 a.m. on an allegation of driving while suspended.

Acuno Aniceto Ramirez, Hinckley, Ill., was arrested at 10:31 a.m. on a probation violation.

Javier Bustamante Morales, 25, 5795 Old Post Road, was arrested at 11 a.m. on allegations of battery, criminal damage, rioting, aggravated battery, aggravated burglary, aggravated robbery, battery and a municipal bench warrant for failure to appear.

Marques Davion Flores, 19, 4250 E. Schulman Ave., was arrested at 5:01 p.m. on allegations of criminal damage, domestic battery and on a municipal warrant for failure to appear.

Thursday

Santiago Ramirez-Vargas, 38, 4170 E. U.S. Highway 50, was arrested at 8:25 p.m. on an allegation of operating a motor vehicle without a valid drivers' license.

Adrian Porras, 25, 5725 Crestview Road, was arrested at 6:49 p.m. on an allegation of driving while suspended.

Filiberto Marquez Rodriguez, 52, 507 N. Ninth St., was arrested at 5:49 p.m. on an allegation of operating a motor vehicle without a valid driver's license.

Andres Moncada-Diego, 20, Hillcrest, Garden City, was arrested at 5:29 p.m. on allegations of non-driver's ID card and operating a motor vehicle without a valid driver's license.
