Garden City Police Department Criminal Damage

Monday

Between 4 a.m. and 12 p.m. in the 1800 block of Labrador Boulevard, an unknown person damaged rear window to a vehicle parked in the street. Loss $800.

Tuesday

Between 12 and 12:15 p.m. at Deb's, a known person took clothing from the business without paying.

Monday

Between 12:01 and 7:15 a.m. at Alta Brown Elementary, 1110 E. Pine St., an unknown person removed a window screen from the school.

Between 12:01 and 7:15 a.m. at Hibbet Sports, 2204 E. Kansas Ave. Ste. 6, an unknown person passed a counterfeit bill to purchase items. Loss $100.

Between 10 p.m. Sunday and 1 p.m. Monday in the 600 block of Long Boulevard, an unknown person entered an unlocked vehicle and removed miscellaneous clothing and articles. Loss $650.

At 12:13 p.m. at Deb's an unknown person attempted to use a counterfeit $20 bill to purchase items.

July 13

Between 8 p.m. Friday and 7 a.m. Saturay in the 4100 block of East Highway 50, an unknown person removed a Kansas license plate from victimâöÃÑÃ¥s vehicle. Loss $10.

July 9

Between 9 p.m. July 8 and 7 a.m. July 9 in the 2300 block of North Third Street, an uknnown person removed a Kansas decal from a license plate. Loss $1.

May 21

Between 12 and 12:30 p.m. at Garden City High School, 2720 N. Buffalo Way Blvd., an unknown person took an iPad. Loss $500.

Tuesday

Dan Lee Culbertson, 55, 5817 Old Post Road, was arrestde at 10:52 a.m. on allegationss of possession of drug paraphernalia, no drug-tax stamp, and distribution of marijuana.

Helen Jean Molina, 5817 Old Post Road, was arrestde at 10:52 a.m. on allegations of distribution of marijuana, possession of drugs, possession of drug paraphernalia and no drug-tax stamp.

Amber Marie West 26, 104 N. Hope St., Friend, was arrested at 10:30 a.m. on an allegation of battery.

Joshua Paul Magana, 104 N. Hope St., Friend, was arrested at 10;30 a.m. on an allegation of battery.

Christopher Andrew Rincones, 36, 707 Safford Ave., was arrested at 4:53 p.m. on an allegation of driving while suspended.

Monday

Vicente N. Leyva Jr., 213 Spencer St., was arrested at 6:05 p.m. on allegations of kidnapping and domestic battery.

July 10

Monique Renee Gallegos, 23, 2224 W. Kansas Ave., was arrested at 10:30 a.m. on allegations of failure to wear a seat belt, driving while suspended, improper turn and improper child safety restraint.

Richard Derrick Ortiz, 18, 302 N. Chestnut St., was arrested at 11:32 a.m. on an allegation of racing on highways.

Alejandro Vasquez, 44, Fort Worth, Texas, was arrested at 9 a.m. on a bench warrant.

Darrel Monroe Woods, 69, 312 S. Elm St., was arrested at 10:47 a.m. on allegations of no proof of insurance, invalid vehicle registration and improper driving on laned roadway.

Alejandra Estrada Dominguez, 22, Lakin, was arrested at 9:20 a.m. on allegations of securing loads on vehicles and operating a motor vehicle without a valid driver's license.

Rhonda Miller, 50, 985 Starlight Drive, was arrested at 8:15 p.m. in the 900 block of Starlight Drive on allegations of aggravated battery, aggravated robbery, criminal damage and auto burglary.

Kansas Highway Patrol

Manuela Gonzalez, 26, Lakin, was arrested at 6:02 p.m. on allegations no proof of insurance, no registration and driving while suspended.

Pablo Winder, 21, 304 Franklin St., was arrested at 8:24 p.m. on a probation violation.
