Hazel Sinahid Mata-Pargas, 18, 1211 N. Eighth St., was arrested at 1:15 a.m. on allegations of consumption of alcohol by a minor, transporting an open container and possession of hallucinogenic drug.

Brittany Shantel Morales, 20, 1543 Raceway Road, was arrested at 1:15 a.m. on allegations of transporting an open container and possession of hallucinogenic drug.

Miguel Angel Hernandez-Flores, 19, 950 Jennie Barker Road, was arrested at 1:15 a.m. on allegations of transporting an open container, possession of hallucinogenic drugs, driving under the influence, reckless driving, endangering a child and purchasing alcohol for a minor.

Fidel David Lozano, 18, 4101 E. U.S. Highway 50, was arrested at 1:15 a.m. on allegations of transporting an open container, possession of hallucinogenic drugs and consumption of alcohol by a minor.
