Garden City Police Department Arrests/Citations

Sunday

Rebekah Warner, 17, Elkhart, was cited and released at 1:08 a.m. in the 300 block of South Fourth Street on an allegation of curfew violation.

Aung Myint, 33, 305 W. Mary St., Apt. B5, was arrested at 2:34 a.m. in the 300 block of West Mary Street on an allegation of domestic battery from a prior incident.

Leandra Webb, 24, Kalvesta, was arrested at 4:59 a.m. in the 200 block of North Main Street on two municipal warrants.

Bianca Gomez, 17, 4101 E. U.S. Highway 50, Lot 6, was arrested at 8:41 a.m. in the 4100 block of East U.S. Highway 50 on an arrest-and-detain order and released to the Juvenile Detention Center.

Manuel Gonzales, 32, 204 S. Sixth St., was arrested at 8:14 p.m. in the 200 block of South Sixth Street on allegations of domestic battery, disorderly conduct and criminal trespass.

Saturday

Joshua Ngirachedeng, 16, Holcomb, was cited and released at 12:31 a.m. at Time Out, 1319 N. Taylor Ave., on an allegation of curfew violation and released to family.

Tina Fairbank, 46, 3501 Campus Drive, Apt. B208, was cited and released at 9:20 a.m. in the 100 block of East Mary Street on an allegation of driving while suspended.

Shontera Williams, 18, Marksville, La., was cited and released at 3:46 a.m. in the 1000 block of Campus Drive on an allegation of no valid driver's license.

Steven Dye, 22, 1511 E. Fulton Terrace, was arrested at 11:25 p.m. in the 100 block of Stevens Avenue on an allegation of intoxicated pedestrian.

Friday

David Lara, 37, 410 E. Kansas Ave., was arrested at 4:36 a.m. in the 900 block of Campus Drive on a municipal warrant.

Mary Lara, 42, 924 N. 10th St., was cited and released at 4:36 a.m. in the 900 block of Campus Drive on an allegation of no driver's license.

Damian Elliott, 29, 509 Chesterfield Drive, was arrested at 1:55 a.m. in the 1300 block of North Taylor Avenue on an allegation of criminal trespass.

Victor Ortiz, 71, 6042 Waterhole Drive, was arrested at 4:34 p.m. in the 300 block of North Ninth Street on a municipal warrant.

Carmen Reyes-Meriam, 42, 506 1/2 Eugene Place, was arrested at 12:44 p.m. in the 500 block of Eugene Place on a municipal warrant.

Jamie Anthony Jurado, 28, 619 N. Ninth St., was arrested at 10:26 a.m. in the 600 block of North Ninth Street on a municipal warrant.

Blanca J. Morales, 20, 4101 E. U.S. Highway 50, Lot 387, was cited and released at 8:18 p.m. in the 2500 block of East Kansas Avenue on allegations of no proof of insurance and no valid driver's license.

Jennifer Mixson, 46, 2950 Eagle View, was cited and released at 10:46 p.m. at Time Out, 1319 N. Taylor Ave., on an allegation of prohibited acts in a club or tavern.

Thursday

Ivan Montes, 28, 1501 A St., was arrested at 2:28 p.m. in the 800 block of Hamline Street on allegations of aggravated assault and two counts of criminal threat.

Michael Shane Torres, 28, 1210 N. 10th St., was arrested at 1:20 p.m. in the 1200 block of North 10th Street on a municipal warrant.
